Enter the Everyday Phoning Facility building and then click on the ringing phone on the right of the room to answer a cool from the Director!
The Director will ask you if you'd like to join the EPF as an agent, click 'yes' for her to give you the Spy Phone and to show you the location of the hidden entrance to the EPF HQ!
The entrance is located in the middle of the waterfall which can be found in the middle of the Everyday Phoning Facility.
